One Dock Street is an architecturally-distinct 86,000 SF loft-style office building located 150 yards from the Stamford Transportation Center. The structure was originally built in 1885 as a mill building and was converted to office use in 1984. The building features exposed brick walls, original timber beams and ceilings, and sawtooth skylights. In 2013, ClearRock bought out one of its existing partners, increased its ownership stake and intends to hold the building long-term. One Dock is currently 100% leased and serves as the gateway to the master-planned Harbor Point development that is zoned for 4,000 residences, two hotels, 875,000 SF of office and 400,000 SF of retail.
